As I write this, I am in Sri Lanka.

The mornings begin early. Red earth underfoot. River gravel washed and sorted by hand. Conversations shaped by years of experience. Here, gemstones are not simply products — they are part of everyday life.

Gemstique operates from Singapore, a place known for structure, transparency, and global standards. Sri Lanka gives the stones their origin and character. Singapore provides the discipline and professional framework behind the business.

Gemstique was founded on a simple belief: gemstones deserve honesty.

The gem world can be crowded. Descriptions are often exaggerated. True quality does not need that. A gemstone is more than its weight or price. It reflects nature, skill, and careful judgment.

At Gemstique, I select each stone with intention. I say no more often than I say yes. Not every stone is exceptional, and that is part of the process. I look for colour that feels alive, clarity that is honest, and character that stands on its own.

With strong roots in Sri Lanka, I spend meaningful time on the ground — visiting mining areas, working closely with trusted dealers, and strengthening long-term relationships. I devote my time to finding the stone that matches what my customers have in mind — sometimes even before they can fully put it into words.
