Once your order is confirmed, your gemstone is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Depending on availability and logistics, your order may be shipped from Singapore or Sri Lanka, including orders placed by customers within Singapore. We always select the shipping origin that allows for the most secure and efficient delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following destinations:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
Shipping to the United States: Due to evolving import regulations and tax requirements, shipping arrangements for U.S. orders may require additional coordination. We recommend contacting us prior to placing your order so we can guide you through the best available option.

Shipping Chargers
Our shipping charges are structured as follows:
- Complimentary standard FedEx shipping for orders over USD 500
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout for orders under USD 500
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on destination. However, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to follow your shipment’s journey until it reaches you safely.

All Gemstique shipments are fully insured while in transit, offering peace of mind from dispatch through delivery.
