- Weight & Dimensions – Measurements and weight are accurate within accepted industry-standard tolerances.

Inspection Period
Upon receipt of your gemstone, we invite you to carefully inspect your purchase within seven (7) days.
If you believe that the gemstone does not materially match the description provided on our Website, please contact us promptly at [email protected] within this inspection period. We will review your concern with care and fairness in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
This inspection period applies specifically to concerns relating to description accuracy and does not limit the broader return timeframes set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Exclusions (What isn’t covered)
To ensure clarity and fairness, this assurance does not extend to the following:
- Damage After Delivery: Gemstique is not responsible for chips, cracks, abrasions, or other damage occurring after the gemstone has been delivered and is in your possession. This exclusion does not apply to verified damage occurring during transit, which is addressed separately under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Setting or Jewelry Work: Any damage arising from third-party setting, mounting, or jewelry work is outside our responsibility.
- Natural Characteristics: Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, internal features, or surface characteristics formed during their natural creation. These are inherent to the stone and are not considered defects.
- Color Appearance Variations: Perceived color may vary depending on lighting conditions, photography, or display settings. Such variations do not constitute a lack of conformity.
Scope of Our Responsibility
Our responsibility under this assurance is limited to the original purchase price of the gemstone.
Gemstique does not provide warranties regarding investment potential, future value, or market performance of gemstones.
This assurance operates alongside, and does not limit, any rights available to you under applicable law.
