Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated and exclude customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges unless expressly specified.
Any currency conversions displayed are provided for convenience only and are approximate. Prices, promotions, and shipping offers may change from time to time without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error or inaccuracy, Gemstique reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or refuse an order, including after payment has been received. Any such cancellations will be handled fairly and promptly.
Orders, Payments & Cancellation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Gemstique, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where required, including due to availability, pricing discrepancies, or compliance considerations.
Payment must be completed using the methods offered at checkout. Some payment methods are processed immediately, while others – such as bank transfers – require payment after the order is placed.
Items selected for purchase may be temporarily reserved once an order is placed. For orders using bank transfer as the payment method, payment must be received within two (2) hours of the order being placed. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared.
If payment is not received within this time, Gemstique reserves the right to cancel the order and release the item for sale to other customers without further notice.
If an order is cancelled by Gemstique prior to shipment, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any non-refundable fees, within a reasonable processing period.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Any requests thereafter will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Ensuring Safe & Compliant Transactions

Orders may be dispatched from Singapore or Sri Lanka, depending on availability and logistics. All delivery timelines provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Gemstique is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, regulatory processes, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any import duties, taxes, or clearance requirements imposed by destination authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
We approach returns and exchanges with care, fairness, and respect for the unique nature of natural gemstones.
All return or exchange requests are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Requests are subject to review and approval and will only be considered after the item has been received and carefully inspected by our team.
Acceptance of a return does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with the applicable policy.
